What is up my YouTube family?!

I’ve been around. It’s been busy. Hope all is well with all of you fine people. We have been doing like 55-60 hours each week at work lately. I had RSV and just finished up my first real week of training again.

I’ll have a video of all of those lifts coming up at some point today (this time for real I promise).

I also have to do my self employment recap video soon too!

Hello YT family!

Sorry I’ve been MIA as of lately. I have not been lifting. But we have been doing some overtime at work! Getting back into the swing of things come Monday! Also as a side note I did end up taking a week and finding some good data for starting points again for my training maxes. See you all next week and have a great weekend!! Stay strong!! 💪 💪 💪

Just finished a Strict Curl workout. 🏋️‍♂️

Worked up to 140 X 5 for the main set. And had to do Beefcake sets with 112.5 for a 10 X 5. I took 2 minutes and 30 seconds rest in between these BEEFCAKE sets. Next I moved on to stiff leg deadlifts for a 5 X 5. My last 2 sets were with 273.5. I finished up the workout with a superset with 3 minutes of rest in between each superset. I would start with wrist curl and end with standing tricep extension using a dumbbell. 💪 I kept the weight the same for all the sets. Wrist curl was 50 X 5 X 5 and the tricep extension was 70 X 15 X 5.
