Here is the opening song "Sun Do Shine from the Don Bluth Animation Film Rock a Doodle.
This is a remix by the songwriter, TJ Kuenster, with all the voice-over dialogue taken out so you can listen to the song in the way it was intended. Glen Campbell's vocal is amazing!

"Well my daddy taught me how to sing and that's why this voice means everything!" I love that phrase. It suits Chanticleer's personality perfectly.

Don Bluth is a film god. Rock-a-doodle, Land Before Time (before it got stupid), and An Amercan Tale.

Man oh man, this movie is a treasure from my childhood! I remember watching it in a theater when it first came out. I can't believe it's been over 20 years since I watched it last.

My Papa showed me this movie when I was little, and it remained a movie I watched quite frequently. Sadly my Papa passed away a couple days ago, but I will continue to watch this movie and show it to friends and future children in his honor.
