Not only was that a critter, not a ghost, but knowing there are critters and pigeons living there explains many of the bumps and bangs you heard throughout the buildings.
As a friend of mine always says: "most ghost sightings could be satisfactorily explained by an exterminator or a home inspector."

I just can't believe that in a building that has been shown to have birds and other animals in it that banging or eyes or odd echoes are taken seriously. I can very easily imagine birds causing the banging just by hitting against something.

I was telling my mom about this show the other day and I said something like "I don't believe in ghosts, but I respect Ryan because he admits when he misinterprets evidence."
And then like three days later I see him refusing to budge on a clear silhouette of a small animal in a prison where, minutes before, they filmed small animals.
And then like two minutes later he says he doesn't think there's much to orbs, a very reasonable position.
Such a weird hill to die on.
