Your peace, your rest, and your voice are worth protecting. You don’t have to earn your worth.... it sounds obvious, doesn’t it? For some, this is a message for which there is no deep struggle, but for many, including me, there is a gap between the statement of our worth and the deep seeded belief of it. Closing this gap (again, for me) seems to be a lifelong endeavor filled with shards of glass and nuggets of gold. Maybe this is just the point of it all—-to find our way to love.... loving ourselves and then having that spillover and paint the world.💕
