Omg this helps me so much with sleeping I haven’t rlly slept for 14 days when like an hour a day I didn’t know why and what’s wrong with my sleep then I started to drink warm milk but this didn’t help then I asked my mum I can have sleeping pills but she said no just close ur eyes and u will fall asleep, then i was searching for sleeping tea but it didn’t help either so I was starting to search music and I found this it rlly helped me out :)

i just hate living but i cant bring myself to even think of leaving my family behind. i am in so much pain. i have never been able to just break down in someone's arms asked no one has told me that im gonna be ok. its always me. im the one comforting and hugging. but when i need some comfort no one will be by my side.
