This song was played at my friends funeral when he died at only 28 years old. It was back in 2003. It was played outside by the gravesite. Everyone was crying so hard. He died from cancer. I still get chocked up every time I hear this song.

Man, this makes me miss my younger days... I still feel like these lyrics inadvertently told the story of where Dale Jr. was at in life after he lost his dad. Seeing him in the video with Tony was just icing on the cake. I know Dale became a huge fan of the band and they were all over his race car as a sponsor once. Already loved 3 Doors Down, but when this video came out, no one could tell me these guys weren't the best thing in Rock and Roll. I wasn't willing to listen to any argument. Still love this video.
