My theory is that the story may lead up to having 3 jokers inspired by him. Just like in the Batman comics that had 3 Jokers A Comedian, Killer, Madman. That one were a Joker đ wears his own face after cuts it off.

i didn't know the 1st movie took place in the 80's. no wonder mental health wasn't taken that seriously in it.
i guess if the songs are bad then we could always just fast forward or skip them like we did with the madea plays and the episodes of empire. lol
and that's still my biggest question, is he the joker or does he just thinks he's the joker, and how much of the 1st movie actually happened. that and did he unalive the doctor on the last scene, and if he did then how?
