Fun fact, Diddy was an intern at Uptown Records at 19 then moved up to Vice President of the label at 20 by Andre Harrell. Andre had the same story as Diddy, Clive Davis is one of the first music moguls to come out the closet and took Andre under his wing. Andre got funding from Clive to start his own label. Then Diddy got fired at Uptown Records and 1 month later he started Bad boy Records. So the story goes that Andre did sexual favours for Clive to get his label then Diddy did the same for Clive and Andre to get Vice President at 20 and later money to start Bad Boy.
