My stepdad used to play this on long trips that the family went on. It used to drive my mom bonkers cause she doesn't "get" music without lyrics. But even at 7-8 years old I appreciated this, as did the rest of my family. So big thanks to my stepdad for opening this part of the musical world to me.

Autobahn was my introduction to Kraftwerk from my friend's dad when I was in high school in the 80's. He had an amazing audiophile-level setup in his basement and played this for me, knowing I might like it. I was hooked from that moment onward. I'm 52 now and still enjoy my Kraftwerk albums on my own two-channel audio system. The Autobahn track is one of the neatest tracks I've experienced and still one of my favorites. I'm very thankful to Kraftwerk for their music that still remains in our hearts and imaginations. ♥️👍🙂

I lived in Southern California when this song first came out. I heard it on KMET, an LA FM radio station, and loved it ever since. Great headphone music, I hang on every beat. Now, it's the first day of spring, 3/21/2021, I'm listening with a smile on my face and a tear in my eye. The road goes on forever.

I had this album in 1974 while stationed in Germany! I too drove the Autobahn in my 1967 German Ford Capri sans stereo. Listening to it now. Awesome stereo sound!

My name is Caela hello! I am 13 years old and have been listening to kraftwork since I was 5 years old!
I love it soooo much! My dad played it.. cause he was a big kraftwork fan. He played it when we moved house for the first time and omg his record player sounded Just amazing the sound was perfect it all spread around our house and all around! It was beautiful. My mother had to put up with it for around ten years
Anyways she said she likes it allot because it makes me really happy I used to bounce around on the floor when I was little to kraftwork I just have only just turned 13 and I Just adore Kraftwork.

When I was thirteen my school music teacher played this to our class as a new release. He obviously loved it and asked if anyone liked it when it finished. Only three pupils raised their hands, and I was the only girl. Still loving it all these years later.
