Wake back to bed , Drunk a cup of strong guayuska . Had strong visuals before going to sleep couldn't do wild but fell asleep naturally later , then I had 5 LUCID DREAMS in a row. Insane stuff.
In one of my dreams I was typing this message on your video but then I realise I was in my parents house looked at my fingers had only 3 fingers so got lucid again.

I drink guayusa {non Runa} this 2 times a day. It has reduced my appetite a great deal. Sleep soundly and wake up not feeling tired or exhausted. Good for my adrenals.

Waykana Guayusa is great. Love it. I discovered it on a recent trip to Ecuador, and it turns out that Waykana company was started by the son of an old friend in Quito! Great stuff.

The key is you have to let it brew for a good fifteen to twenty minutes for it to really be effective. I've been drinking it for about a year and a half now. It has totally replaced coffee for me. Amazing how long the energy lasts--a good eight hours for the most part. No jitters what so ever. Also, I had no idea about the lucid dreaming. But I knew something was up after drinking it for a few days because I had the most beautiful lucid dreams I’ve ever experienced. Googled it, and found out that it promoted lucid dreaming, much to my surprise. It has also cut my vestibular migraines in half! Again, another pleasent surprise for me. If I stop drinking this for three or four days, my vestibular migraines come back in full force, like clockwork.

Hello, great channel, dunno why i didn't find it earlier. I've been doing ld for like a year, had a lot of cool experiences, but i tend to stop doing ld, i'm starting to do it from now on again, is it normal ? did you also stoped, and started again and again ? i think i'm starting like 4th time...

do you still drink it? It's good to boil it in simmering water. I boil it from 5 to 60 minutes. I will try 3h when I have time

Hello there, when I try the WILD technique I unintentionally start thinking about my breathing, and that makes me control it more voluntarily, which makes my breathing shallow and short thus distracting me and making me take deep breaths. What annoys me is that when this happens(which is every time i begin doing the WILD) it resets my progress once i take a deep breath.
Please provide some tips to overcome this issue.

When you say about setting an alarm from 2 hours before you wake up do you mean before you'd wake up naturally (for me that's about 7am) or do you mean when your alarm goes off for work (for me 8am) ?
