I was recently in a plane. They put me on the emergency exit seat. First time in my life. I panicked for almost the entire flight. Thinking what if I accidentally opened the door. Then I started having intrusive thoughts, āwhat if I just pull the ledge? Would it actually open ? *Should I practice?ā¦ā
But I didnāt let my intrusive thoughts win. Everyone has intrusive thoughts. Youāre either mentally strong or weak is what it comes down to.

I'm pretty sure that not only he is charged for endangering flight passengers and nearly disrupting air flight service, but also placed him on the "no-fly" zone list, which permanently bans him from flying for the rest of his life, since he became a danger to himself and others.
