I have written this deep sleep hypnosis to help you gently wind down and relax, to clear your mind of anxious, negative thoughts and to ease into a full night of uninterrupted sleep. As you probably have already experienced, the mind tends to race at night time, especially when we are laying in bed with no other distractions for the conscious mind.
The hypnotic language, guided visualisations and imagery, combined with the calming sounds of soft, celestial-style music, will help you stop overthinking so that you can more easily fall asleep.

• Strong Bedtime Hypnosis and Sleep Cou... This self hypnosis blends sleep hypnosis, guided meditation, positive suggestions and visualisation/imagery. It is designed to help quickly calm and clear your mind, as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking – especially at night.
When you can prevent your mind from revisiting the past or from wandering into the future – especially when doing so creates anxiety and feelings of unease – you are able to focus all senses and awarenesses inwards.
You might find that this relaxing trance state is similar to daydreaming. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in this state of relaxed focus.
