This self hypnosis blends sleep hypnosis, guided meditation, positive suggestions and visualisation/imagery. It is designed to help quickly calm and clear your mind, as well as to reduce the harmful effects of overthinking – especially at night.

When you can prevent your mind from revisiting the past or from wandering into the future – especially when doing so creates anxiety and feelings of unease – you are able to focus all senses and awarenesses inwards.

You might find that this relaxing trance state is similar to daydreaming. Your subconscious control mind is far more amenable to positive and encouraging suggestions when you are in this state of relaxed focus.

This audio track is safe and suitable for frequent listening – as many times as you wish. You do not need to worry that the messages or the experience will become stale or repetitive. Here again. Got to wake for work in 3.5 hours. I know this one helps. Nick, can you make a body scan, relaxing from toes, to shoulders, to face muscles, then sleep to stay asleep? Im waking 3 or more times whenever i go to bed a bit too late, and really need fast sleep, and stay asleep. Or a go back to sleep after waking up one?
