I have never had sleep paralysis but I have done a bunch of reaserch and basically to sum up this video for people who are busy just ignore it and try to focus on going fully back asleep and it will be over within minutes and you have a much higher chance of going into a lucid dream from this so actually sleep paralysis is a really good thing

The one time i had sleep paralysis was very weird. I slept on the couch lying on my back. When i woke up, there sat this pale, white humanoid being on my lap, with his hands folded in front of his forehead but the back of the hands touching (like a stretched T shape). And there was this beam of light coming from his hands. He immediately noticed me and said "Your name, it's important for the healing" with a russian accent. At this moment i thought he wants to know my name, that was when i noticed i was paralized. Trying to force my name out caused me to blink for a second. When i opened my eyes again he was gone, but instead of him, there was this T shaped light at the ceiling (exactly where his arms were) cast by a adaptor on the floor just below my feet. Also wasn't paralized anymore. I still don't know what or who this was, nor what my name has to do with "the healing".

Sleep paralysis demon can be terrifying but if harnessed appropriately it may unlock hidden levels of consciousness provoke lucid dreams and bring the dreamer closer to self-discovery and spiritual growth. According to some cultures and spiritual beliefs sleep paralysis demon could indicate the presence of a supernatural entity but in modern psychology it's often seen as a harmless hallucination. While it can cause panic anxiety or distress experts suggest it can be a portal to new experiences and sensations including out-of-body experiences astral projections and creative insights. Keeping a dream journal practicing visualization or meditation or seeking guidance from a therapist are some tips to gain control over sleep paralysis and bring positivity out of it.

I experience really clear and strong auditory and physical hallucinations!! Never actually seen those commonly described dark figures or shadows distinctively BUT I FEEL IT. An eerie sense of an unknown presence surrounding me. Every sleep paralysis experience is unique and different. It's not only at night that sleep paralysis occurs. Can happen during a little day nap too.. on a bright and sunny day:) Not always scary..but guaranteed to always be weird as usual šŸ˜… ! Fighting it doesnt help it go away faster ...definitely can still happen in side sleep too. Always say your prayersā¤

My mother told me in the 90s that she had a sleep paralysis demon standing on her window and it freaked her out, and then she saw in the news paper that over 20 people experienced that same dream on the same night.

manifestation is so real all my friends say iā€™m lucky for example in a dice game but itā€™s just positive thinking, i donā€™t think about the negatives, i just pretend it doesnā€™t exists, like thereā€™s no failure, thereā€™s no what if i get 1 itā€™s like i already got just pretend it already happened and you will find more success

I can get out every time easily from years of practice. Had some really nasty bad scarring experiences as a kid and Iā€™m struggling to get over it. Big time ptsd thatā€™s affected my sleep for the rest of my life so far in many ways. Iā€™ve done insane amounts of psychedelics and meditated more than most and the hypnagogic state is still the single most terrifying thing to me that I canā€™t seem to get over. Sucks big time

Hey friend! I have been watching your videos for about 5 years, you basically got me into Lucid dreaming and Astral Projection. I can see you are still trying to spread these amazing practices and i support that, its amazing to see that you don't give up and still try and find ways to improve your content. You are an awesome person, and i just wanted to ask if you can make some kind of content that helps me a little haha. So can you make a video where you go through your daily life, try and make it informal and go into like food you eat and what you drink and how you use your time. Then something before you go to bed, where you talk about how you would go about lucid dreaming like what steps you follow, so it becomes more enviourmental friendly for the viewer. Also you can talk about, if you feel like Astral Projecting or reality shifting. And write a easy to follow step by step guide on the screen and what binaural beats you follow. For me all of this would make it easier for me, i dont know why. Maybe its because it becomes more natural, and maybe i can structure my day more like you. Say if you dont drink coffee, then i would also stop drinking coffee. So it makes my mind believe that i have more chance of lucid dreaming if i, do some of the same things as you do in a day. Idk how else to give an example, but maybe it will help tremendously or maybe it won't i dont know haha, but its worth a try :D

Hi Stef Thank you for your channel and all your helpful content. I had for the first time a situation in my lucid dream that was so uncomfortable. I was stuck in a nightmare environment where I confidently became lucid. The problem was I had no effective control to exit.

I have a question about something completely different, you offer a lucid dreaming/astral projection package that cost around $1000 or more, what does that involve? If it works 110% itā€™s definitely something I would consider doing, because Iā€™m having trouble staying awake while my body falls asleep. Iā€™m desperate to do this.

I have experienced 3 sleep paralysis so far, with different creatures or sleep paralysis demons. In my 3rd sleep paralysis which was hilarious šŸ˜†, I woke up but I tried to move first before opening my eyes, just checking if I am truly awake. It turns out, I was paralyzed so I knew right away to not open my eyes in fear of seeing something scary. However, I could feel someone's touch tracing my my arm, it was an unpleasant experience. The suddenly remembered a meme that I saw in the internet, before going to sleep, about a guy romanticizing his sleep paralysis demonšŸ˜†. It was a joke, I know but out of curiosity, I tried it, what will happen if I did so. I took a peek and saw a thick dark smoke with a pair of red eyes (not as scary as I expected) hovering beside me, in my bed. For whatever goddamn reason, I was suddenly able to move so my hand immediately grabbed him/her and locked that smoke into a tight hug while I closed my eyes back. After that, I had a false awakening and entered a very long lucid dream that I could hardly remember because so many things had happened, and it felt like hours.
