Thanks for this, Sara. I was sleeping so soundly until a notification on my phone woke me up. Palpitations! Crankiness! Foggy! Still tired! This meditation helped. Maybe you can create one for older folks like me to ease gently from sleep mode to wake mode. Itโ€™s a whole thing that our doctors warn us about: Take it slow & easy when you wake up in the morning.
