hihi this is a very personal and vulnerable video, but I want people to know the realities of my life and that there's more to someone's life than what you see on social media. At the start of Autism Acceptance month I had a discussion with a mom of an autistic son, and she argued that 'too many people are diagnosed with autism' and that the people she saw on social media are 'not the same' as her high support needs son. I explained that you don't know what someone is going through behind closed doors! I might not be the same as her son, but that doesn't mean I don't have autism and it doesn't affect my entire being and life.
I hope you enjoy this video ♡ if it can educate or help someone feel less alone, I've done my job
feel free to ask questions / start discussions in the comments ☺

Nia thank you so much for sharing a week in your life I can very much relate to having a routine I need it to keep me grounded. You making coffee reminds me of my mornings. Please remember that no matter the hardships we all go through you are special and more than matter. We are blessed to have you as a part of our lives 💜
