I'm rather shure that because Yuki ranked up and Azure started liking Julius a lot more made Julius rank up. So basically because Julius has rank 2 friends he became a rank 2 himself. now think about Iye they have Azure and Yuki (and maybe Julius) as friends and they're all rank 2 so basically what I'm trying to say is I don't think Iye is a rank 1 anymoreshure
