When I was a little girl, I knew this boy who lived next door. He had cancer, and a few weeks before he died, I remember he was playing this song at a campfire with his family and some other neighbors, because we knew that he was going to pass. Now all these years later, I have met a guy and he kind of reminds me of this boy. So when we got to know each other more, I played this song for him. I like to believe that the little boy that I knew those years ago can live on through this song, with someone that I love today.

It's been a few months since I recovered from depression and I remember that when I was sick, this song, but especially this video, was what brought me joy in the darkest days. I fantasized about replicating the brave experience of the two protagonists without unfortunately having the strength to do so.
Today I think I'm capable of enjoying such an experience.
This video has been and always will be my guiding star in reminding me of who I am and who I want to be.
