Why is a man who has filed for bankruptcy, has a history of alcohol abuse, been in rehab, had restraining orders put against him been allowed by the Court to be in charge of her estate? What makes this even more sad is that this whole situation has ruined her family life as well. Her kids refused to go to her wedding and they literally think the conservatorship was a GOOD thing. Then again, Kevin basically raised them, so he definitely brainwashed them.

Itās the fact that the male paparazzi admits to following her around that night even though she clearly was already having a bad night and then acts shock when she get mad at them for following her and around and snaps.
