Yeah dude your city building is great, but your military strategy and tactics are really bad. I would wonder how you would play total war shogun 2... Francis John does military strategy really well.

Just so you know how that Heat System works and why im suggesting to destroy some of the sites : You have 4 Factions. Each Faction has a certain ammount of Zones Heat in each Zone ( works for the faction ) counts together. Example : You have 5 Zones with Heat in Hammer Faction. Each Zone will have 10 Heat. So thats 50 Heat in Hammer Faction. 50 Heat sends Investigators and roughly around 80 you get Soldiers. Now since you have Entire map uncovered. That means all those 4 Factions, are constantly sending Soldiers and Investigators. On Hard Difficulty, it ramps up real quick ! Ideal solution is to have 2-3 Zones Uncovered at max in each Faction with High Level of Network. So the heat is managable. Oh, also you can research those Screens to reduce your Heat output. But its 1 Screen per Zone. So you need plenty ! And last suggestion ? You are really low on minions ! On Hard diff, you should get to at least 200 by now. Anyways, sorry if im sounding pushy ! Its not my intention, im just trying to give hints and help on how things work so i can see you succeed in this playthrough! :)
