I've had hip pain in my right hip since I was pregnant with my oldest 12 years ago... I just had him pull my leg after he watched and i can actually walk without pain for the first time in years. Thank you so much!

I used a therapy band and tied to my bed and my foot and scoot back till it’s pulling my leg. Worked great and actually works better that way. When a person pulls it for you eventually they get tired after 30seconds. Hope this helps.

I injured myself doing a Deadlift probably too heavy for my capabilities and I kinda felt like the hip joint compressed popped out. been in pain for a week, and could hardly walk properly, then I stumbled upon this video, had my friend performing the leg pulling, felt like a very small pop and I recovered full mobility in a sec. Not sure this is everyone's case, but really delivered for me. Thanks!!

Just found you guys, you are amazing and brightened up my day. Had bad hips for 20 years, doctor sent me to gynaecology, endocrinology now waiting to see a neurologist. Physio just gave me exercises which made it worse. I can't queue, my hips start burning. If you could see me now, wrapped up in an infrared pad I learnt from another of your videos which I nearly wiped out my desk as forgot I was plugged in. Anyway tried it on the stairs swinging my leg and what a relief, pain gone and while I was watching the video I had your pad on my back and my back feels so much better. You are brilliant, thank you so much, you have done for me in a few minutes what doctors only gave me pain killers for 20 years. And you made me laugh x

I have had hip pain for about two months. The pain was so bad that it would wake me up in tears. My husband would apply aspercream every night and only help a little. I found your video and gave it a try. It worked the very same day I did the second exercise with the stool. THANK YOU BOTH! Very good advice that works!😊

I was in such extreme pain I couldn’t move off the floor and was unable to put my young kids to bed. After doing these exercises I stood up and was walking immediately. Amazing so glad I found this video

Thank you. My vets complain of hip pain due to history of walking patrol with heavy packs that are about 80 lbs. I will definitely try the traction maneuver with them to see if they have relief while they await their PT evaluation appointment. I hope you know how much I appreciate your videos. They are helping me help our nation's veterans at a rural community clinic.

You both SHOULD be the most famous! I love the way you demonstrate everything; I have learned so much and my hip pain is gone. Today I did the pendulum swing at work... I was totally amazed at the difference in my hip and my walk!!! Bless you both for sharing your knowledge!

I just hung upside down on my tilt table about a 60 degree inversion. Hip pain gone. I could feel my low back and hip joint popping. I think my low back was causing the hip pain. I put my good feet arch supports back in my shoes and started walking with that today. I'll see how I feel tomorrow. I really believe you can heal any kind of pain without surgery or narcotic pain killers.

Been awake 24 hours with so much pain in my right hip I can hardly stand it. Finally got up and super slowly made my way to the pc room. Found you guys and tried the hanging leg down thing. The pain did not go away but it instantly felt much better. Going to try to go to sleep after doing it some more soon. I am 67 and never had such harsh pain as the last 24 hours. Thanks for the information !

I just did the 2nd exercise with the step stool in my kitchen. I do not have an ankle weight but did a gentle swing back and forth for about 30 seconds. My hip feels a lot better. Amazing! Thank you Best Physical Therapists on the Internet!

I climbed on my coffee table and tried swinging my leg back and forward. Did this 3 times during the day. I suffered pain getting in and out of bed, and could not leigh on my back. Severe pain 8 or 9 out of 10 when I went to get out of bed. Amazing!! I could lie on my back, no pain getting out of bed!!. I went and picked up a one step this morning and have 5lb weights being delivered today.Orthopedic Dr. wanted 3 rd MRI. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!😀

Revisiting these guys due to hip pain from a tennis injury preventing me from bending over properly to tie my right shoe. A few years ago I was suffering from sciatica that was both shocking (that I had it) and debilitating (I could barely get out of bed in the morning - took 5 minutes of pain and weird sliding off the bed) - I tried virtually EVERYTHING I could until I ran across a video these two had that explained that sometimes lower back strain and pain can come from TIGHT HAMSTRINGS. I'd started, 6 months before, running and walking to get back into shape and I was now in excellent shape and my now 'muscular' hamstrings started tightening up! These guys saved me, and I'll forever be a fan because of it. One hamstring stretcher later and within a day or so I was 100% back to normal. Never been so relieved :-D. Fingers crossed on the hip pain, lol... LOVE THESE GUYS!

I'm 60 y/o and carried my dog around Menard yesterday. She's only 18 lbs but she was constantly trying to jump out of my arms. Well, I had to walk awkward as she put a lot of stress on my right side plus my arms got very tired.
After young to bed, I felt the pain increasing in my right hip. Got up this morning in so much pain, I can't bare to put on my socks. Bending my knee towards the right increased the pain.
I've always gone online & looked to see what experts Bob & Brad had for this pain. And BAM, here's the perfect video & so easy to follow!
May our good Lord continue to use your gifts for His people. Blessings!!
