In fact the thoughts that invade our brain are usually the exact opposite. I don't wanna be here. I'm tired. Nothing makes sense. And yet here you are. Saying you're pleased to be here. Living proof that it doesn't always have to be that way. I'm so glad you're happy and able to see the good things in your life. I hope I can get there at some point, it's been quite hard for a long time. I love you. Thank you for this little snippet in your good mood. I developed a habit of counting as many of the little good things as I can, even if they're not my things. It's amazing how counting all the little good things can eventually add up to build up memories of good feelings. Love the yellow nails!
