I’ve lost two of my best mates last year. I was being bullied and one was embarrassed to hang out with me. The other one drifted. I’m suffering with depression. I once tried to tell my mom that I’ve been feeling anxious and sad recently and I started with “I felt really anxious today..” and she said immediately “You don’t have anxiety.” And I than asked “have you had it?” She said “yes but I had reasons, you don’t. Stop trying to find disorders for yourself.”
Pls if your a parent never tell this to your child.. it hurts a lot, you don’t know everything in someone’s life, you can’t guess other feelings. With good enough practice someone might be wanting to cry but they are smiling and acting like they are having the best day in the world
