Day 2: “After safely landing on Planet 416 undetected, the crew split up to search for shelter. We needed to blend in, remain unnoticed in order to study the local Hoo-mans in their natural habitat.”
Day 55: “Our search for new food was a success. The Hoo-mans are more organized and intelligent than we predicted. I stumbled across a local eatery run by the same Hoo-man that rescued me from drowning in that crystal blue lake. It served me these small, golden crunchy orbs, and also that strange fruit which requires you to peel the outer black shell before eating. Inside, a soft white fruit is found. I was also served one single, reddish and yellow orb. It is larger than the tiny orbs, had a thin bitter skin, and a smooth seedless interior. It must be a delicacy as it was absolutely delicious.”

Our ground squirrels store water up when we put it down. I think they can go for a long time in between drinks, because they can single-handedly put away a whole bowl of water at a time! 🐿

Martina, when you move back to Japan, I would love to see more videos of you going on the hunt for miniatures in places like akihabara or nakano Broadway! And of course your miniature garden! I love miniatures too and I’d like to see all the sweet spots to get them in Japan for when I go visit :)

I never thought to put any miniatures in my garden, but this is now on my “to-do” list for the day. I’ve always wanted a cute little fairy-elf-garden thing and now it makes sense as to why I never felt like I fulfilled that… I gotta set up some miniatures and make some nature friends!

I was just leaving my garden yesterday evening and I saw 4 weasels paying in the grass next to the entrance and they scared the living daylights out of me 😄 I should be more in tune with nature like you Martina 😂 I love how colourful all the little seeds were, I recognise sunflower seeds but what are those cute little colourful ones?
