You are right on.....in psalm 2 of the Bible it says "why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earthset themselves, and the rulers take council together, against the Lord, and his annointed, saying.....let us break their bands asunder, and cast their cords from us. He that sits in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord will have them in derision. " In other words....the ways of the Lord and his followers is too old fashioned...too many rules and they stifle us in our life...lets get rid of all of it and live the way we want....unholy and ungodly. Personally, I like good "old fashioned" normal.

This song is actually about dl straight guys who run a “Godly” life in the light but then do “unholy” things in the dark. Its about them and is meant to make fun of them. They have no problem calling queer people devils in public while fucking them in private. Its this juxtaposition it’s exploring. This song is masterful.
