It's definitely not my fault. I did everything possible for me. But I suffer from insomnia from an extremely young age. It's an illnesses, not a choice

Hey Stef today i had a lucid dream It all began very normal but as the dream goes and goes i see something is strange, I question my reality after that i was in my bathroom and i look at my hand I had 4 fingers as soon as i realize it i became 100 % lucid, but as soon as i became lucid i woke up It was like 10 seconds but i remember it with such vivid memory and as soons as i wake up i wrote it down on my dream journal Any tip for this not happening as soon as i gain lucidity?

Word of advice dude, saying something like “it’s your fault” really just sucks. Emotional stress doesn’t make sleeping easier, you aren’t being realer or spitting any facts, ur being inconsiderate to people who have mental illness, physical illness, tiresome lives, and stress in general. It’s just really lame to blame people for something as big as sleep, which can be effected by something as unintentional as blue light exposure. I’m sure it wasn’t ur intention but it just isn’t helpful, be kinder, please.

I've always been struggling to understand that there are people who can't sleep. Even if the world ends I will sleep 😂😂😂
