I wish this was on music platforms!!! I loved this song and played it to death when it came out in the early 90s.

Glad to see the comments on this have generally started skewing more towards the positive, it’s what these songs deserve for sure!

all stop hating on Andrew. He's more of the instrument dude focusing mainly on drums and guitar. Even on his solo album he had many writers (excluding his old partner). His boy George Michael was the main brains behind the lyrics and popularity of Wham! but Andrew's guitar play is great

In the 90's and early 00's I frequently went to record exchanges. Each and every time, there was Andrews album (from different sellers). I listened to it once (just snippets) and was just to buy it for the sake of it, BUT everyone EVERTIME told me not to get it. This is THE BLACK PETER, never ever get hold of this CD. Who owns it will never ever get rid of it again. It's a curse! I think. it isn't too bad, but I'm a coward and would never ever touch it again. I'm sorry! Greetings Andrew, still like you very much!

Well Andrew may not be the best writer and he admits that but he's one of the best at making what's written on the sheet come alive t which 30-40 years on still listening too. Most high profile artist never even wrote there songs they just sing them.

Well that's what they tried to do. George is buried in background. At the time of release they didn't want anyone to know that George had helped him. My fave was Baby Jane

I like this remix, and seeing all the vinyl! Whomever told him to where the Top hat must have confused him with Slash😜- but I have a classic brown leather top hat, which is currently being kept from me.

Sometime it's the moreso the FRIENDSHIP DYNAMIC between 2 artists and not the "equality of input" that makes ONE if not BOTH members a "star"...clearly this was the case with George and Andrew. "SHAKE" is awesome on it's own, I can only imagine how much more it would be if they were still a duo when Andrew recorded it. The same can be said for MANY of Georges songs. Also, Georges bass player deon Estus, is an amazingly gifted artist in his own right....check out "Me Or the Rumours" and his other works.
