I can do my best. I've been listening to this song a lot lately, and I believe the title "sticks" is replacing "The River Styx", the river of death. With the lyrics, this means the person wants to escape humanity (the 'new world shit') but the only way to do that is do either run into the wild (sticks) or die (Styx). Either way, it's an end to that person. I believe the video simply shows that, even if humans left the world, someone else would inherit their sins in the relics left behind.
