I think it's sort of gross that this was a massively crowdsourced project, yet the final scanned images are copyrighted instead of being Public Domain. Actually, even if they WERE scanned totally through the work of one person, these are still ancient documents and should be in the Public Domain anyways.

I've been following the story of these scrolls for a couple years and I'm EXCITED that our tech has finally gotten to the point we can decipher them. I'm hoping we find missing/lost texts like the missing books of the Illiad.
