For everyone asking what the song is about this is my take: the song is about a relationship between a boy and girl. The boy obviously has feelings for her but she doesn't see him like that. He calls love a razorblade love because it hurts him because he knows she does not like him where if he were to drop dead she wouldn't care. He never speaks up to her but in the end he says that her feelings are more important but he wants her to say how she really feels about him in his face in the end almost begging her and changes his mind in the end and he doesn't want to know the real truth.
