I've been trying to lucid dream for 3 years... I don't know if it's because I have severe ADHD, but I know that I dream because I remember my dreams, but I've never ever been able to lucid dream. I've tried inducing sleep paralysis on purpose. I've tried messing up my schedule on purpose. I've tried using the military technique to fall asleep in 2 minutes and then wake up in the middle of the night and then go back to sleep with the intention of dreaming but nothing has ever worked. I don't know what to do anymore and I've used your tips and I'll sit there for like hours laying there or I'll fall asleep. Please I need help. I've been wanting to lucid dream for so long. I've lucid dreamt 2 times on accident but they were only for like 30 seconds because I would lose control and wake up.

im down to join Your lucid tribe man I think it will be a good focal point to getting me back on track with living a serotonin fueld life and getting off these dopamine kicks. I prefer the peaceful calm water so much more than these fight or flight addictions. I need to get back to everything healthy and I think together we can build that exact community

I would love your advice on something you may or may not have knowledge of. Please help if you do!! I have the diagnosis of Narcolepsy Type 2, which means I have excessive daytime sleepiness. I would think this would help my ability to lucid dream. I have not been successful yet but I am working on it and trying your methods, mainly the mild technic. I can get into delta slew and rem sleep very quickly within minutes. The other issue that complicates my case is that I have the night shift. Naturally I know the pineal gland typically releases melatonin based on the nocturnal time of night(while I’m working). I’d love to get your feedback on these circumstances. Thank you for all you do to help us! Keep up the incredible work.

Attempting wild before bed can be successful. One simply has to be triumphant at the point of divergence after the hypnogogic state. Mind and body both fall asleep thereafter either of the two has the potential of awakening independent of one another or staying asleep, in various different orders. This is where conscious effort is necessary along with presentness. If you fall asleep, just try again and shorten the gap.

You once did a video briefly describing what a level 6 lucid dream would feel like. And then ended on a cliff hanger, saying you would do a video on it. But never did a follow up. Do you plan on doing a video on level 6 anytime soon.
The reason I ask is that, I'm working on a hypothesis, from my own experiences, that level 6, is more a merger of a level 5 dream, and actual physical reality. E.g. A level 6 is that reality shift, but within a quasi reality, half dream/ half reality. Its hard to describe. But I've got a feeling I've been playing around level 6 for some years now, but didn't even realise it.
Also from my observations I believe that the whole of humanity is traveling towards level 6 aswell. (The fabled conciousness mass breakthrough, or the Aquarian age).
What do you think?
