1. be fearless and have desire, 2. choose the right time: wake up at 6 am and 15 minutes later sleep again, 3. get comfortable and be alone: headphones, eyemask, 4. use binoraural beats 5. use vilzualtions and affirmations: i realize that im dreaming:rollercoaster, trampoline, baseballl, 6. fall asleep excited 7. look for hypnagogic sensations 8. rolll out of ur body , stay calm and dont freak out

I've been a lucid dreamer since childhood. A few years ago, I learned to heighten my energy at will, especially while meditating. I HAPPENED upon this video while searching binaural beats and was awestruck to discover I naturally do most of these exact steps already, specifically the first five and #8. Wow. I donā€™t dream anymore ! But,in 2001 I was taking care of my boyfriend that was dying of cancer. I was in Denver and had left my Mom in another state ! Well, about a month of living at the hospital, one night as I was falling asleep I was thinking about my mom and I fell asleep ! I donā€™t know how long I was asleep, but I woke up in my bed at my Momā€™s house ! Her room is directly across from me ! I could hear her snoring ! I was pinching myself and I felt it ! I got up and walked into my momā€™s room and stood at the end of her bed ! I touched her foot and she woke up and looked at me ! Next thing I know I hear my name being called ! I was sucked back into the bed in Denver ! My boyfriend was grabbing my hand to see if I was there ! He said he couldnā€™t wake me up ! Later that night I called my mom and she told me she had a dream I was standing at the end of her bed , holding her foot !!!! šŸ˜±šŸ˜³šŸ„° It happened one more time ! But since then , it has never happened again and I was a lucid dreamer all my life! Such a bummer ! I believe the meds Iā€™m on have done something to my pineal gland ! Calcified it ! šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

1. Have desire and fearlessness
2. Choose the right time (when you first wake up 6-7am, stay awake for 10-15mins, go back to sleep: WBTB METHOD)
3. Get in a Comfortable Position and Alone (sleep mask, headphones+binaural beats)
4. Use Visualizations and Affirmations (I realize that I'm dreaming)
5. Fall Asleep Excited=Anticipation (not too excited or you won't sleep)
6. Look for Hypnagogic Sensations (Ringing in the ears, someone calling or whispering your name)
7. Roll out of your body (Rolling Out Of Bed Method)
8. Stay Calm AND Don't Freak Out

For step 4, an alternative I found to telling myself ā€œi know I am dreamingā€ is just picturing your conscience in your brain. I try and feel the different parts and keep my sense of touch within my head. In a sense, I am moving around in my brain. šŸ„°
