I've been a lucid dreamer since childhood. A few years ago, I learned to heighten my energy at will, especially while meditating. I HAPPENED upon this video while searching binaural beats and was awestruck to discover I naturally do most of these exact steps already, specifically the first five and #8. Wow. I donāt dream anymore ! But,in 2001 I was taking care of my boyfriend that was dying of cancer. I was in Denver and had left my Mom in another state ! Well, about a month of living at the hospital, one night as I was falling asleep I was thinking about my mom and I fell asleep ! I donāt know how long I was asleep, but I woke up in my bed at my Momās house ! Her room is directly across from me ! I could hear her snoring ! I was pinching myself and I felt it ! I got up and walked into my momās room and stood at the end of her bed ! I touched her foot and she woke up and looked at me ! Next thing I know I hear my name being called ! I was sucked back into the bed in Denver ! My boyfriend was grabbing my hand to see if I was there ! He said he couldnāt wake me up ! Later that night I called my mom and she told me she had a dream I was standing at the end of her bed , holding her foot !!!! š±š³š„° It happened one more time ! But since then , it has never happened again and I was a lucid dreamer all my life! Such a bummer ! I believe the meds Iām on have done something to my pineal gland ! Calcified it ! š¤¦š»āāļø
