First light at Dawn during a Full Moon at ANY beach when weather is warmer and calm and the Tide is going out (low tide) the sound of UNDER TOW, as the incoming waves foam on the sand then go out quickly IS MESMERIZING !

I love the addition of the waves as background noise. It balances it out. I always seem to respond well to nature sounds. Slept with my window open all night just to hear the calm sounds of rain and geese overhead and it put me to sleep. Thank you,and peace to all ❤ be still and prioritize yourself and your well being. Get outside for some daylight if you can. Be well!
