Morning routine has helped me lot to get back on track
1. Wake up early
2. Drink 2 to 4 glass of water (this will help in energize you quickly and remove toxic waste)
3. Do surya namashkara atleast 12 times (simple yoga)
4. Breathing exercise (strengthening your mental health)
5. 10 mins of meditation.
Start slowly and do it consistently to see positive difference in your life. ๐๐๐
