I hear a lot of people have bad experiences looking in dream mirrors, but personally it has usually been positive for me, I actively seek out a mirror in a lucid dream to use as a portal, I go through it and find a different and more unusual setting, and as for the reflection, it usually looks like me, but taller, slimmer and prettier! π There have been a few occasions where I have seen something I didn't want to, but the good experiences outweigh the bad, dream mirrors are exciting for me, I never know what I will see on the other side of it like Alice and her looking glass β€

I rarely get lucid. When it happens again I want to make the most of it!
Remember to ask for my Higher Self and Spirit Guides to meet me, and help me stay in the lucid dream, and then help me ask the right questions from them. Also I REALLLT want to meet the entity, or at least understand what kind of entity is, the poster known as Q. I can't imagine them being human like us, unless they're multiple densities of consciousness ahead of me.

Lists like this are the absolute worst of the worst of lucid dreaming misinformation, and it demonstrates a lack of proper understanding of how dreams are influenced. All lists like this serve to do is to create negative associations between arbitrary actions and negative results for complete beginners who don't know better in a world where one's perception of their experience determines the outcome. There's nothing at all whatsoever wrong with mirrors for example. With all of these things, it all works off your perception. The spinning one, oh my god that is horrible. You're going to wake up? You might enter sleep paralysis? That's bs. What happens is what you perceive that you will experience. Stabilizing also isn't necessary as lucid dreams aren't inherrently unstable. You can also commit acts of violence in lucid dreams without messing up your mental state. Oh, and there's absolutely a difference between doing something in a dream and doing it in waking life. First off, it's a dream, and if you're lucid, you're aware that it's a dream, so the same level of import doesn't attach to actions. Second of all, circumstances matter. It's more like a video game than waking life. The circumstances and intent do matter here. The only one I really agree with here is the last one, but thoughts alone aren't enough, just one part of our perceptions. On the whole, videos like this contain primarily misinformation and are not helpful.

So im not supposed to look into a Mirror and im not supposed to ask for a Suprise, but in your other Videos, mainly those in the 1000 Things to do in Lucid Dreams, you say to walk into Mirrors and ask for Suprises. Im confused, not trying to discredit you in any way shape or form, just wanted to ask for you to clarify.
