I remember one time when I became lucid and it was strange, at that time I met my sister, she seemed to be as lucid as me,we explored the world together and when I woke up, my sister woke up too and we remembered what we did. It's really like an online game, it's our first and last time and I don't know how to do it again (anyone like me?)

Good video! I always enjoy your approach and demeanor in teaching this subject. One nitpick that I have learned elsewhere (though I am not an expert in this, but just passing along info I have learned from experts) is that "WILD" (an LD entered directly from a waking state) is not best referred to as a technique. It is, instead, one of the 2 entry points to an LD, the other being "DILD", (becoming lucid from within a dream). They are the 2 "doorways". The techniques are like the keys that allow one to open one of these doors, in this metaphor. Some might think this a distinction without a difference, but I would disagree, as it avoids category errors that lead to confusion and lack of clarity. To be fair, I imagine people often say things like "using WILD technique" as shorthand for "using a technique that allows for a WILD", and maybe that's what you are doing here. I really think LaBerge himself started this confusion by coining those acronyms, and also naming one of his DILD techniques MILD, which sounds like it is in the same category, due to ending in ILD. In that case, the "I" actually stands for "Induced", whereas in WILD and DILD, it stands for "Initiated" (or where the starting point of the LD was).

One day when I had Lucid dream , I woke UP in my dream And I though “Did I lucid dream , finally? “ To check I went to the Terrace And was going to jump off my house to check if its actually a dream . But when I was about to jump I got scared OF the height And thaught “I think THIS is real life And not kucid dream so I went to sleep (In my dream) . I woke UP next day And rememberd And I was like “ Oh fuck !”

I have once got lucid but my dream was so blurry that it somehow convinced me that it isn't a dream because my other dreams aren't that blurry so I woke my self up on propose.

It’s because when I try to sleep my brain doesn’t let me and am awake for 4 hours and when I tried to stay awake I fell asleep and I didn’t get a lucid dream because I wasted time

I can get lucid but I struggle to change my enviroment. When I ask the dream to take me somewhere like Antartica for example or to the stars, to the mountains, or to New York...it takes me somewhere totally different...it has zero relevance to where I wanted to go...how do I change this? Please help.

What if my sleep schedule is flipped? I work overnight from 10pm and get home by 7am. Can I still enter REM when the sun is up?

If you set your alarm six or five hours after falling asleep, can you then have sleep paralysis instead of a lucid dream? Some people told me yes

I have had 2 dreams that where normal dreams but I said oh I am in a lucid dream instead of I am dreaming so it was just a normal dream and I tried to do a Ariel and it didn’t work
