Brett, I never had issues with gyno. Keeping fat on my body of any kind has been a lifelong challenged. However, when I crossed the line of 60 years of age, it became an issue. It's not because I gained any weight, it's that men's testosterone levels drop with age. I had the surgery. Many, many men my age and older should too. Please don't say NO until you arrive at a much older age.

Ears: only if they were giant or deformed, pec implants: never seen them look good, gyno removal: yes (lots of people have that, good to get it removed; few have it to the point that it looks like boobs), hair transplant: maybe, I'm taking thymus and desicatted liver to see if it makes my hair come in thicker (Mike Brown suggested Thymus w/liver does thicken hair), liposuction: yup (25 years of exercise and dieting, leanest I've been was 20lbs above goal), chin: I've never seen a good surgery (only with a bad chin, like the friend on 'East Bound and down'), nose job: only if bent (mine doesn't have that), botox maybe, fillers I don't think so (I've seen some stunners who start using fillers in their 20's and it doesn't look good), neck lift: the scar looks bad, I saw some good neck/facial liposuction work though, eye lift- only if deformed, beard transplant (yes, I'd steal the wife of a gay guy; lol) no beard need.

Great video. The only plastic surgery procedures I'm considering doing are ethnic rhinoplasty and one to make my eyes more symmetrical and have more hunter eyes (blepheroplasty ?). I'm considered a good looking man but there is always room for improvement π€·πΎββοΈ.
