What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response

A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.
• Autonomous – spontaneous, self-governing, with or without control
• Sensory – about the senses or sensation
• Meridian – signifying a peak, climax, or point of highest development
• Response – referring to an experience triggered by something external or internal
(Source: Wikipedia)

ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.

I think a big part for me, is how gentle and respectful you're being with each page. You are giving care and attention, no page feels left out. That on top of the sounds just makes this a really comforting experience ❤❤❤

Just feel asleep to this last night . This is great and helped me get to sleep, I usually have trouble getting to sleep but a few minutes of listening to this made me feel calm and fall right asleep. Thank you ^^

You know it’s a good video when all the comment (most that i’ve seen i haven’t scrolled far) Are all loving and supportive comment❤️ But can you blame them? This video is so helpful and so calming, And it’s long so for people who find it harder to sleep and can usually take hours to fall asleep☺️ I recently found this video then the channel after. I’m in love lol, This is one of the best asmr video’s i’ve seen/heard. Keep it up<3 This takes patience to flip pages for 4 hours straight, Plus editing and getting set up. This is truly a masterpiece and i’m glad people agree. I’ve been looking for asmr to help me calm down or make me fall asleep and i’ve found it! This by far deserves all the love, Thank you so much 🫶 And i’m sorry for being like a year late XD

I can't believe I found this. When I was little I had horrible night anxiety, and my mom was an avid reader. I had completely forgotten that i used to fall asleep next to her and I was only able to close my eyes and try to sleep because I could hear that she was still awake & reading by the sound of the pages turning. It was always so comforting. My mom passed away 2 years ago, and I hadn't thought about this in nearly 20 years. Thank you so much for creating this video - I'll be falling asleep to it every night now💜

I love the sounds of crinkled paper, pages turning, and other paper sounds. I can't explain it but it's one of the most tingle inducing sounds. Thanks. 👍

Oh my goodness, I could listen to just the first 8 seconds for hours (but the entire video is amazing). The gentle nail taps and swipes are so relaxing. Very happy that I was recommended your channel :)

What a wonderful video! ❤ I have been listening to it while I do some work online and it reminds me of my mom rustling receipts etc while she balanced the checkbook at the dinner table while I did my homework. What a comforting memory, thank you for bringing it to light again. Edit: Thank you for the time you put into making this ❤
