Heavy traffic, fully loaded (apparently), with 2 cars in front of him and over 150 feet of breaking distance... he's lucky the white minvan/suv didn't stop, their back tires were on the line when the light went red. That truck driver had plenty of time/distance to stop. He's lucky no one was hurt.
