After my wife divorced me, I thought I could never recover. I fell into the deepest and darkest depression of my life to date. After 12 months of wallowing in utter misery, I was desperate for a way back to my cheerful self. I tried everything, going to the gym, changing my hairstyle, bowling, keto diet - but it was only after discovering this gem of a song that I felt myself begin to bounce back. The first time the audio of "my house" flooded into my eardrums - I cried. I remember it like it was yesterday. Sitting cross-legged on the floor of the dining room - the same dining room where my wife announced our divorce - I was so overcome by emotion and this overall sensation that I might be ok. Though it's been 6 years since that moment, I make sure to return to this video annually to commemorate its profound influence on my life. It really brought me out of a hard time. Thank you. /c

I love how you are true to yourself. You are your own creative soul, and you don't seem to care about what music has always been. Your songs have different structures and formats. I love how you don't seem to want to stick to a certain genre. Your music has its own identity and has something to say. Plus you're a young musician who seems to care about the quality of your music. I think that's a rare set of abilities for an artist these days. Through individuality, music seems to become strangely more calculated, repetitive, non-salient and has more to do with (sexual) attitude than ever before. You're one of those fresh faces in between; a real individual that I appreciate greatly.
