Great comment at the end. I wish you've said this at the beginning of the video. When you said "Going to the gym without pre-workout is like having a taco without salsa" I thought this is going to be a trivialization of pre-workouts. TBH, I just waited for a pre-workout ad midvideo, but you made an honest review and I respect that!

This was absolutely hilarious and well done. I'm 38 now, but I very clearly remember the days of the NO-Xplode and Jack3d OG formulas. There was nothing like having zero motivation to train after a long day of college classes or work and throwing a couple scoops of that stuff in a shaker and sipping on it for the 15-20m drive to the gym. When you left your house you were dragging yourself into the gym through pure will power and by the time you got there and the pre-workout was in your system, the motivation was through the roof and training was no longer a chore, it was a necessary inevitability lol. It completely changed your frame of mind.
Eventually though, I got sick of the intra-workout anxiety, dry mouth, racing heart, and Xplodes in the gym bathroom... This was before fitness trackers/watches, but I can't imagine where my heart rate was.
These days it's just a small coffee/caffeine pill + a few caps of a basic L-Arginine/L-Citrulline combo. It's simple, quick, cheap, and effective. It gets the job done, but it's definitely not like the prior days of 2 scoops of OG NO-Xplode/Jack3d and having the feeling of wanting to run through a brick wall.
