I was really hoping we were going to get Aun'Shi back in the lore and a new model, but it's looking unlikely. Since he is the only Tau that can attach to all these new kroot there's still hope, but it's not looking likely. Happy to FINALY hear this story though and happy to have found the channel.

Thank you so much for bringing another Tau story to life! I absolutely love what James Workshop has been doing with the Tau lore, and you voice acting is the necessary compliment to this thrilling installment. Back in 4th Edition, O'Shovah and Aun'Shi were the only hero models I had. Aun'Shi once delayed an Astartes Force Commander for 4 rounds by parrying all his blows haha

One of the few somewhat more likeable etherials, shame it happened to him of all... wonder if anyone's made any of the horrors/abborants/whatever the drukahri creatures were called with his face/parts sculpted onto it as an homage to how he ended up in their army or something?
