We have control over our actions, not their consequences. Sometimes, people lose more than they bargained for. It's great to be ambitious and have high goals, but a lot depends on how you about go it. This woman is hopeful for her future, but the truth is that she has been through too much. It is near impossible for her to reverse all the damage and lead a stable/normal life. Therefore, always be wise in your decisions. Shortcuts often lead to dead-ends.

Wow, Iāve really lived a sheltered life in a bubble. I used to be so angry with my parents because they were so stricter with me.
