FYI a good way to quickly test undervolt values in Afterburner is by selecting a point on the curve, pressing "L" then applying. This locks the card to that value. However, it also disables P-states so it'll idle at the set frequency.
To truly create a reliable undervolt 'curve' and not just a sharp line, utilize holding the CTRL key to raise the top or bottom of the curve until your desired point sits at the right frequency.
Now select every point ABOVE your point by holding shift, clicking the background (not a point) then drag the cursor until they're all highlighted. Let go of shift, select any of these and pull them down to a value like '-100' or lower. Double click to clear the selection then Apply. Now there's zero chance of the card using these higher points yet you still have a smooth curve like the original.
If your desired point isn't the highest after applying, select it and use the arrow keys to raise it by ~5-10 MHz until it is.

I spend whole day tweaking my previous GPU, in the end I lost like 2% of performance but made it run a lot cooler and quieter.. We are too obsessed with the performance, I'd rather have my CPU or GPU just couple percent slower but running so much cooler you can set the fan to 500-800 RPM instead of 2500RPM. It's a pitty Nvidia doesn't want to officially sell notebook in a PC formfactor, there is that one quadro model based on RTX 3060M but it's too expensive for me.
