Everyone has intrusive thoughts. When you have things like OCD is when they get scary. Itās a horrific condition, horrible thoughts always running through your head, horrible compulsions running through your body. This song is really making me think about it, OCD is often downplayed and having bad thoughts is often demonized. So Iām thankful for Alec making such a brave and powerful song
Having bad thoughts doesnāt make you a bad person, youāre just scared and itās ok to ask for help. Even when doing so seems scarier than what youāre experiencing
