Oh Dear John…. My heart goes out to you without Tara around… at least she could comfort you with a warm cuppa coffee. Strongs my friend. It is awesome that you always see the positive side of things πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ•ŠπŸ’ͺ🏻

Oh John…what a delightful man you are. Talented in so many ways but your best gift is your wonderful personality. The build is looking good in spite of the rain trying so hard to make it difficult! I’ll bet you do miss everyone as you have such a delightful family. Just don’t forget to enjoy the quiet too…it’s healing and energy giving and you need and deserve that time. Tara and the boys are having such a lovely time of their own with grand parents delighted to step in and enjoy those precious little boys! Love you all. All stay safe and we’ll see you again soon.πŸ€—πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ™πŸ™

John- despite the weather challenges you’re doing a great job. Even though you obviously miss Tara and the boys, the lack of distraction is helping you I’m sure. Tara, it warms my heart to see your boys enjoying your childhood backyard (so to speak) in Zimbabwean.

You are a true gardener John. In the middle of a major construction you "can't wait to see plants growing over it" Get those priorities right!!!

Love how John is accomplishing so much in spite of the annoying rain! He is a true craftsman with carpentery. Tara: please continue to show us so more places and your hometown you grew up in Zimbawee,. Also, if your parents don’t mind, have a video conversation with them! Besides me, I think all of your subscribers would love to hear their thoughts about their way of life in Africa & having their precious daughter & grandchildren stay with them for awhile. Enjoy your stay & very best to all of you. ❀️

Lots can be accomplished without those interruptions. However, the joy of accomplishment is savoured sweeter with those you build your dreams for! Great job John. And thank you for the snapshots of Tara and the boys exploring her native homeland. 😊

What a treat, John, to watch you work in the time lapse and to get so much done! It is a gift to watch you work your magic. You are very talented and it is looking great! You deserve to take some time off to enjoy the afternoon. Tara, that was fabulous footage of you and the boys looking for giraffes. Thanks so much for sharing your lives with us.

Great job John you are fantastic. Tara your treasures are lucky to see animals in their real life and not in the zoos. πŸ‘β€οΈ

John, I love how the stuff you build always has a kind of organic, handmade feel to it - it just has so much soul and is always really unique. You are very creative! I also want to give a cheer for J, who is always there helping out in the background. Meanwhile, the amazing Tara is providing yet another adventure for those very blessed boys of yours. How fabulous! ❀❀❀

The trip to the wildlife park with the boys reminded me of my time growing up in Tanzania doing all sort of adventures on the back of a Land Rover., or swimming in the river under the waterfalls on the plantation or escaping to another seaside village on the bicycle with a bunch of friends without telling the parents what we were doing!! Those were the days growing up in Africa, a time of your life that you will remember for ever. I am sure your boys will have the fond memories of their visits to Africa when they grow up.

There's unseasonal rain everywhere...anyone would think they are changing the weather through cloud seeding...😒 Dubai just had an entire years worth of rain in 1 day! Great work, Jon and Juial. I love the design as you go method!! Yes, cover an area so you and the tools stay dry as you progress. Tara and co look like they are having a wonderful adventure ❀😊

That extension is going to look fantastic John, not to mention when you sit there and drink your coffee on the veranda and look at the views. Stunning. Tara and the boys look like they are having great weather and enjoying themselves though I think they are wishing you were with them. Have a lovely afternoon off.

I’m surprised you haven’t burned out working on the farm. Your family have accomplished so much and having ideas for the future projects. I wish you would wear a rain jacket to protect your clothing and you! πŸ‘πŸ»
