Once again your mixes & this type of music have an incredible effect on my sense of well being. I discussed listening to this with my headphones on in bed in the dark & how my sense of pain is diminished with my pain consultants at the hospital. They said that there's definitely a connection in the brain when hearing a rhythmic stimulus together with synchronised aural beats & drones it can have the effect of closing one's pain gateways in the areas most affected. I now have some music & relaxation therapy cds from the hospital that work really well for me. However, my consultant recommended that I don't always listen to them, but instead find relaxing music on YouTube. How great is that? I've been "prescribed" your mixes, amazing eh ! So thanks once again for doing what you do, its appreciated so much more than you could have imagined. I'm nearly 63 now & disabled with painful arthritis & fibromyalgia plus a damaged spine from falling off a roof, BUT in 7 years I would love it if you were to do an extra special mix for my 70th birthday. I intend to celebrate it in Ibiza as I've never been. You & as many people as possible would be very welcome to celebrate with me at a big party on a beach somewhere. Hope to see you there.
