As soon as I pushed play on this video, all of my tears, fears and worries went away.
I am now relaxed and I feel somewhat better. I want to thank you for providing this

I appreciate these videos...I live with bipolar 1 with rapid cycling and mixed episodes ( was diagnosed in 1999 in a psych ward due to being in a mental health crisis)...My symptoms are managed now, but I have needed to go through many hospital stays and medication changes over the years... She mentioned comorbidity which is so true because I also have complex PTSD as well... And many things trigger both... I use my faith, my mental health professionals, self care; be around healthy people; and avoiding the toxic ones at all costs... It's all for my mental wellness π

Hey YOU, incredible person reading this...The truth is you are confident and good enough already with who you are, where you are at and what you have right now to have the success you want in life. Don't let others define what βsuccessβ is for you. Get up, learn that skill and go after it! I believe in you so much! Have an awesome day! - Love, Nat β€οΈ

After the traumatic brain injury at age 15, I lost all shyness about my mental state. My dad and other important people thought I should be more discreet, though I never saw the point. Even though I never hide my Borderline Personality Disorder if there's the tiniest hint I might need to explain myself in the future, people frequently ask after I have an episode why I didn't warn them (to which I can say, "I did!"). Thank you both for helping make mental health a proactive thing!

Sabrina here: Thank you Psych2go for inviting me to share today, and to Yuri for being such an amazing host <3 I hope this conversation helps you feel less alone, and gives you the courage to share your stories and struggles, too - whether publicly, or behind closed doors with someone you trust (that could be a mental health professional too!).
