watching your video I realized that he wrote the album in a kind of chronological order :  - Movies and people watching exposing what he wants or fantasizes about in a romance,  - Disaster maybe being about the in-between period where you dont't know if its worth investing your whole feelings bc you don't know if the other person reciprocates, (overthinking and pretending to be low-key about it) - then Best friends and Astronomy being like projections of healthy relationships and advice he could've gotten to pre-shot this love he is about to have, but not being able to bc friendships are-falling apart too, - Yours being the result of stepping into that relationship and realizing he's being used, his love being ashamed of him and hiding it and relating it to - Family Line and Summer Child about how he grew up to think he was "never enough" and that he had to change himself to fit in and be loved, (Jigsaw) - but when he tried to move on he STILL has so much love for this person (cause he thinks its normal) In Footnote he is willing to shrink himself just to be accepted by this person (cause again he doesn't know what healthy love is) - in Memories, a few weeks after the breakup he finally gets it, and fights the urge to go back to that toxicity even though its hard because its what he's used to, - and The Exit is a few months later he sees that person has already moved on while he's still healing and it sends him back to the whole thing, erasing all the progress he made while the love of his life who was so ashamed of being with him, has gone through all the achievements he thought he would be a part of " you hate the east coast, it's where you live now" AND also referencing the exit at the Movies, there's also the choir part that echoes the "oh oh" in the exit "like oh shit, this is where we started and now its going down"   its a WHOLE MOVIE AND IT'S SO SAD I'm sorry I wrote a whole novel lmao but I have SO MUCH to say can't wait for Found heaven !!!!
