Controversial but "The Unknown" needs to be in EVERY workplace, to blame problems on and and lighten the mood. I work in retail and it would be so nice to just blame problems on a court jester-like figure, instead of arguing with co-workers or calling a manager when customers complain.

I felt terrible when the oompa girls pic was being blasted everywhere saying it looks like a meth lab/implying she looked like a meth head too. I know theyāre trying to be light hearted and call out scams but it never sits right when innocent employees are your hostage content. The boyz are always very enlightened on these topics

I don't think you would have discounted that, but so many people forget to SPOTLIGHT the excessive extra hatred and unwarranted appearance criticisms female bodied or presenting people receive simply for daring to exist online (sometimes not even by choice). It's misogyny no matter who is doing it. I would argue that ribbing requires not only a deft hand but also an established relationship. I think that relationship can be parasocial, and maybe we should discuss more ways that people online can set boundaries for community interactions. The "you're online so you consent" narrative is beyond out of control.
