songs like this dont usually get made just because someone requested an ending song for a movie. reason why radiohead is so darn amazing.

I don't know why I am feeling bad listening this, my true love has gone away several years ago, I think she isn't waiting, and she doesn't know that I'm waiting for her. I miss her, It's awful waking up everyday and don't have any motivation to do something, and live remembering memories, that are the only things that I have from her now...

This song was inspired by Prelude, Op. 28, No. 4 by Chopin.

Wake.. from your sleep The drying of your tears Today we escape, we escape Pack.. and get dressed Before your father hears us Before all hell breaks loose Breathe, keep breathing Don't lose your nerve Breathe, keep breathing I can't do this alone Sing.. us a song A song to keep us warm There's such a chill, such a chill You can laugh A spineless laugh We hope your rules and wisdom choke you Now we are one in everlasting peace We hope that you choke, that you choke We hope that you choke, that you choke We hope that you choke, that you choke

I find it impossible to listen to this track without having 'Let Down" following it immediately. Albums like OK Computer are proof that the 'album' format cannot die, it is a shame that this artform seems to be disappearing,

i adored ok computer. the most beautiful and intelligent album of the 1990. nearly destroyed the band.

The best part of this song is Colin's fuzzy bass. It's, like, soooooo great.

Deadly.  Shocked I hadn't heard it before, as it's based on one of my favourite pieces of music.  I'm after arranging the original for a metal ensemble, and I'm glad that this, the original, and mine are different enough to be all three good for their own reasons.  Powerful, well placed, well sung lyrics on this one.

that strange loop, audible in the fade out is the sound of children playing put in reverse. the high pitched guitar present in the second half of the song is johnny greenwood playing guitar with a nickel and a space-sound effect, the guitar riff that is there throughout is an augmented piece of chopin, thom's voice touches on various scales that are consistent throughout all of radiohead's work. the minimalist drumming is perfection, and the distorted bass fits seamlessly. pure musicianship

The song was written after Tom saw this movie! He was so upset that they died -- he saw no reason for it. I love that it was in Baz's version. The lyrics are him begging them to wake up and be happy. Gives it a whole new meaning.

This is of the most beautiful pieces of music written, it is easy to understand why Thom took inspiration from chopin. Both are absolute geniuses and it makes life a little bit more worth living, knowing that talent and music like this can be found and listened to. God bless romeo and juliet

Before my birth, when I still was a foetus, my mother used to listen everyday to Chopin's "Prelude n°4 in E minor", the piece on which this song is based. Now, I know why Exit Music gives me chills that I never felt in my entire life, but during something before...
